Apply Lifeguard SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion generously and evenly to all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
After time in the sun, apply Lifeguard After Sun Aloe to clean, dry skin. Smooth evenly over sun-exposed areas to help cool, soothe, and hydrate the skin. Reapply as needed.
Use Lifeguard Facial Cleanser on damp skin. Gently massage onto the face to remove sunscreen, sweat, dirt, and excess oil, then rinse thoroughly with water.
In the shower, apply Lifeguard Hydrating Shower Gel to wet skin, lather gently, and rinse thoroughly.
Use Lifeguard Exfoliating Body Scrub 2–3 times per week, or as needed. Massage onto wet skin in circular motions, focusing on dry or rough areas, then rinse well. Avoid irritated or broken skin.
After showering or whenever skin feels dry, apply Lifeguard Body & Face Moisturizer generously to clean skin. Massage evenly onto face and body until absorbed. Use daily for soft, hydrated skin.
